"I'm writing to thank you for the excellent service you and your team provided our party on Saturday afternoon.  I've been getting plenty of compliments from our guests due in no small part to the comfort, relaxation and professionalism you provided.  I think it gave our party that extra element of fun and indulgence that made the bride feel extra-special.

For my own part, I loved the way you took care of all the setup and takedown, allowing me to focus on the rest of the party details.  I hope it was as easy for you as you made it look.
